BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Once the booking has been made, we will send you email or fax confirmation with the range of services and the information on the amount of the deposit and the payment date.
2. The deposit amounts 30% of the value of the stay. The payment should be made to the account number indicated in the letter, by the due date. The agreement to provide the service of the paid curative holiday is concluded upon the payment of the deposit.
3. The remaining amount for the holiday shall be paid not later than on the day the holiday begins. The lack of payment entitles the Health Resort to refuse to accommodate the patient.
4. The Health Resort reserves the right to change the price of the offered services.

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

1. Cancellation of the reservation shall be submitted in writing within 7 days from the day resignation is reported.
2. In case the resignation is made within 30 days from the start of the holiday (date as postmarked), the Health Resort will refund the deposit after deduction of 100 PLN of administration costs. In the case of international guests, the Health Resort will refund the deposit after deduction of 25 EUR of administration costs.
3. Cancellation of the reservation within the period shorter than 30 days before the planned day of the commencement of the holiday shall result in the loss of the reservation and the deposit in full (with the exception of fortuitous events, e.g. death of a family member, the patient’s accident - evidenced in writing).

THERAPEUTIC HOLIDAYS: GENERAL TERMS:

1. Full price therapeutic holiday shall last for at least 5 days.
2. The patient’s holiday starts at 14:00 (from lunch) a finishes at 10:00AM (after breakfast) of the last day of the holiday.
3. No refund is given for unused meals on the day of arrival and the day of departure.
4. In the case of resignation in the course of the holiday, the patient is not entitled to refund for the unused services. The only exceptions are the fortuitous events (e.g. death of a family member, the patient’s accident - evidenced in writing).
5. The price of the holiday includes: accommodation, full board, doctor’s appointment at the beginning of the stay and acute nurse and doctor care.  
6. During 10-day or shorter holidays, the patient is entitled to 2 treatments per day, in the case of stays longer than 11 days - 3 treatments per day (except for Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays).
7. Each doctor visit over the one provided in the package shall be paid for additionally (according to the pricing).
8. Specialist visits and examinations are not included in the package.
9. The Health Resort does not accept pets.
10. The price for one person per day includes:

• accomodation,
• full board (breakfast and dinner buffets, plated lunch)
• doctor’s appointment and acute medical care in the case of emergency.
• 2 treatment per day for holidays up to 10 days, 3 treatment per day for holidays of 11 days or longer, access to the swimming pool in Perła Bałtyku and Muszelka in the afternoon hours (from 16:30).

1. Classic massage of spine (20 minutes) and bog bath are not included in the package.
2. The price does not include the local fee which shall be paid upon arrival at the reception desk.

OTHER INFORMATION:

1. Free stay for children under 3 years of age which do not use services (catering, treatments and medical care).
2. Applicable discounts: children aged between 3 and 7 - 50% discount on the holiday price, children aged between 8 and 14 - 30% discount.
3. Children discount does not add up with the loyalty card.
4. A surcharge applies for unused space in the room in the amount of 35,00P PLN/day (applies to Studio rooms)
