Children policy Policy for children under the age of 3, not using services (catering, treatments and medical care) and a separate bed - free of charge. Children aged 3-7 - 50% discount on the price of the stay. Children aged 8-14 - 30% discount on the price of the stay - discounts for children do not add up with the loyalty card.
Animal policy Pets are not accepted.
Cancellation policy The cancellation of the reservation should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the resignation. In the event of cancellation within 30 days before the beginning of the stay (the date of the postmark is counted), the Spa will refund the advance after deduction of 100 zlotys for handling costs. Canceling a reservation within 30 days before the planned date of arrival shall result in the loss of the reservation and prepayment in full (an exception is fortuitous events, e.g. death of a family member, patient accident - documented in writing).
